Tqbet Terms & Conditions — Platform Usage Rules

Please read these Terms & Conditions carefully before creating an account or using the services on tqbet. The rules and terms outlined in this document constitute a legal agreement between you and the tqbet platform. By accessing the platform, you are automatically deemed to have accepted these terms. If you do not agree with these Terms & Conditions, please refrain from using the service.
1. Eligibility to Use the Service
To use tqbet's services, you must be a legal resident of Bangladesh and at least 18 years of age. All information provided at the time of registration must be truthful, accurate, and complete. The platform reserves the right to cancel any account created with false information at any time. Each individual may only operate one account; creating multiple accounts is strictly prohibited. Any attempt to manipulate the system using professional gaming tools or automated software will result in a permanent account ban.
2. Account Registration & Security
It is your sole responsibility to keep your account password and login credentials completely confidential. Sharing login information with anyone else or having a third party manage your account is considered a violation of these Terms & Conditions. If you notice any suspicious activity on your account, you should notify the support team immediately. We may request a government-issued ID or other documents at any time to verify your identity. Some services may be restricted until the verification process is completed.
3. Deposits, Bets & Withdrawals
All financial transactions on tqbet are conducted in Bangladeshi BDT and must comply with applicable minimum and maximum limits. If funds are not properly credited to your account after a deposit, please contact support with proof of the transaction. Withdrawal requests may take a set amount of time to process and are subject to the verification process. Separate usage terms may apply to any promotional credits or bonuses. We reserve the right to suspend withdrawals until an investigation is completed if suspicious or unusual transactions are detected.
4. Prohibited Activities
The use of any form of fraud, hacking, automated bots, or software to gain an unfair advantage on the platform is strictly prohibited. Harassing, threatening, or behaving indecently toward other users will be treated as a punishable offense. Using the platform for money laundering or managing illegal funds is strictly prohibited and may result in legal action. Any deliberate attempt to exploit system vulnerabilities may result in the relevant account being banned and deposited funds being confiscated. tqbet is committed to ensuring a safe and fair environment for all users.
5. Limitation of Liability
The tqbet platform is provided on an "as is" basis, and we bear limited liability for any losses caused by technical errors or service disruptions. tqbet is not responsible for gameplay interruptions caused by internet connectivity issues, device malfunctions, or third-party service failures. We may temporarily suspend services for maintenance at any time and will endeavor to provide prior notice. If account information is leaked due to the user's own negligence, the user bears full responsibility. tqbet is not obligated to provide compensation for any financial losses incurred through gambling.
6. Changes to Terms & Termination
Tqbet reserves the right to modify these Terms & Conditions, in part or in full, at any time. Users will be notified as early as possible for significant changes. Continued use of the platform after any changes will be deemed as acceptance of the new terms. Users may voluntarily close their account at any time by contacting the support team. In the event of a breach of these terms, we reserve the right to close accounts without notice.
